Just fill up one of the included 32-oz. reusable pouches, screw on the filter, squeeze the bag, and drink directly from the push-pull cap. It can also attach to most threaded water bottles, including 2-liter bottles. Squeeze filter fills most water bottles in as little as 30 seconds.
